Introduction of leading-edge research in institutes and companies

The goal of RYM Oy is to create know-how, services and products representing the highest international level in selected spearhead areas based on application-driven cutting-edge research. Internationally recognised universities and research institutes will be sought as research partners.

We are going to introduce the top experts of our co-operation network - research institutes as well as universities. We will also introduce top researchers, research teams and institutes.

We will also be glad to introduce cutting-edge expertise of companies: individuals, teams, services and products. We are especially interested in introducing top expertise based on ambitious R&D.

	Seppo Junnila, Aalto Universíty Seppo Junnila is a Professor of Real Estate Business at Aalto University. He has conducted research at Helsinki University of Technology and Tampere University of Technology as well as participated in numerous international researcher exchange and research programs. In 2008-09 Junnila was a Business Director at Sitra (Finnish Innovation Fund) and in 1998-2005 Head of the Building Services Department and Director of Business Development at Pöyry Plc. He successfully defended his doctoral thesis on life-cycle modelling of properties in 2004. Read more

	Yrjö Engeström, University of Helsinki Yrjö Engeström is Professor of Adult Education in the Faculty of Behavioural Sciences at University of Helsinki. He has also been Professor of Communications at University of California, San Diego for 17 years. Read more
	Miimu Airaksinen , VTT DTech Miimu Airaksinen is Research Professor of Eco-efficiency of the Built Environment at VTT. Her field covers improvement of the energy- and eco-efficiency of buildings and the built environment. Read more
